What it is Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a specialised, gentle form of massage designed to stimulate the lymphatic system and support the movement of lymph fluid. The lymphatic system plays a key role in immune function and fluid balance; when it is sluggish or congested, swelling, discomfort and delayed healing can follow. MLD uses light, rhythmic strokes and specific sequences to encourage lymph circulation and reduce congestion.

Deep Tissue Massage is a therapeutic massage that uses slow, targeted techniques and firm pressure to release tension in the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. Where appropriate, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM) tools may be incorporated to help address fascial restrictions, break down fibrotic tissue and adhesions, improve tissue mobility, and support the body’s natural healing process.
